Investing time and energy into today’s youth is integral to Pentalec’s employment and growth strategy. Both the company’s directors completed apprenticeships after education and the company is fully committed to starting two new apprentice’s each year. Apprenticeships are an exciting way to not only gain qualifications but are a fantastic way for people leaving college to gain practical experience at the same time as earning a wage.

Whilst the schools do a great job in promoting apprenticeships it is vital that local businesses engage with the students at an early age so they are fully aware of the options they have.

Pentalec

Pentalec have recently been working with Aylesford School on the Stretch and Challenge Programme which provides opportunities to help raise aspirations for there students. A number of students visited the company to gain an understanding of what we do and the different types of roles and tasks undertaken by the business. Pentalec is currently looking to employ an Apprentice Electrician as well as an Apprentice Estimator.
